Booking & Appointment Policy

By booking an appointment with Dekalidad Barber Lounge, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Arrival Time. Clients are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before their booked appointment time. For example, if your appointment is at 1:00 PM, you must arrive by 12:30 PM. Failure to arrive on time may result in the forfeiture of your scheduled slot.

2. No-Show Policy. If a client fails to arrive within the allotted buffer time, the receptionist reserves the right to terminate the appointment and reassign the barber to the next available client. Waitlisted clients will be automatically promoted to the active queue.

3. Paid Walk-In Exception. Clients whose appointments were terminated due to a no-show but possess a valid, approved GCash receipt will be treated as "Paid Walk-ins." They may receive their service without repayment, subject to current barber availability.

4. GCash Payment. All online payments are processed manually via GCash. The QR code will only be revealed upon receptionist approval. Payments are non-refundable except as stated in these terms. Receipt verification is required to confirm your booking.

5. Barber Availability. Selecting a barber who is currently "In-Service" or "Waitlisted" will place your booking on the waitlist for that barber. The system will automatically promote you when the barber becomes available.

6. Service Changes. Service changes after payment confirmation are subject to the receptionist's approval and may require additional payment if the new service costs more.

7. Privacy. Dekalidad Barber Lounge collects your personal information solely for appointment management and service purposes. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Special Services. Wedding, birthday, and other special event packages require separate inquiry and custom pricing. Standard booking terms apply once a package is confirmed.
